Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Before Delivery Reservations may be cancelled for a full 100% refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery are subject to a standard $25 handling fee.
2. Early Returns If you finish your move early and request early tote collection, totes can be picked up ahead of schedule; however, unused weekly rental periods are non-refundable.
3. Deposit Refunds Security deposits are refunded automatically upon tote inspection after pickup.
