1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing Florida Tote Rental's services, browsing our catalog, or placing a tote rental order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Rental Agreement, and all applicable municipal and state laws.
2. User Responsibilities Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery address information. Safe access for delivery and pickup drivers (clear pathways, door codes, and elevator access where applicable) must be provided during scheduled delivery windows.
3. Limitation of Liability Florida Tote Rental is not liable for damages to personal belongings packed within totes, consequential moving delays, or improper packing techniques.
